New Delhi: Editor-in-Chief of Republic TV, Arnab Goswami, has made striking allegations regarding a global conspiracy to orchestrate a “regime change” and cause civil unrest in India. In a detailed broadcast aired by Republic World, Goswami asserted that the ongoing CJP (Citizens for Justice and Peace) violence and protests are backed by foreign entities and American Big Tech firms trying to undermine India’s national security.
Highlighting the ban on Jack Dorsey’s messaging application ‘Bit Chat’, Arnab stated that the app operates outside government regulations, enabling criminal activities and misinformation. He alleged that similar platforms were previously used to stir riots in Nepal and Indonesia. Furthermore, he accused the Delhi-based Internet Freedom Foundation (IFF) of circulating a “toolkit” intended to help violent protesters avoid police detection by instructing them to use masks, keep primary phones at home, and switch off facial recognition features.
According to Arnab, the motive behind these actions stems from India’s firm stance against US trade pressure, refusal to compromise on agricultural policies, and upcoming legislative moves such as FCRA amendments and ‘One Nation One Poll’. Calling this a decisive moment for the nation, he urged Indian citizens and the youth not to become pawns in anti-national agendas and to support the rule of law.
