Delhi Shocker: Goons assault and strip father-son duo; chilling CCTV footage of hooliganism surfaces

New Delhi: A horrifying act of hooliganism has come to light from Delhi’s Laxmi Nagar, where a group of men brutally assaulted a man named Rajesh Garg and his son. The incident, which occurred on January 2, was captured on CCTV and has sparked widespread outrage due to the sheer audacity of the attackers in broad daylight.

The CCTV footage shows a Mahindra Thar being driven straight into the boundary wall of the victims’ residence. Several men emerged from the vehicle and began thrashing the father-son duo. Another disturbing video shows the miscreants stripping the son naked while bystanders remained mute spectators. Even after the police arrived, the goons appeared undeterred. A policeman was later seen helping the younger victim cover himself.

According to the family, the violence stemmed from a property dispute related to a gym operating at their residence. Rita Garg, the victim’s wife, alleged that her husband was also beaten in the basement.

The Delhi Police have registered a case under various sections of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), including Section 115(2) for voluntarily causing hurt. While the main accused, Satish Yadav—who reportedly has significant political connections—has been arrested, four others (Vikas, Shubham, Omkar, and Pintu Yadav) are still absconding. Three police teams have been formed to track down the remaining suspects. (ITD)
