The event, which is being organised in collaboration with expatriate organizations and Malayalee associations in Tamil Nadu, will be inaugurated by NORKA Resident Vice Chairman P. Sreeramakrishnan. The gathering will take place at the Ramada Hotel in Egmore, Chennai, at 6:30 PM. Attendees will include NORKA Chief Executive Officer Ajith Kolassery, Loka Kerala Sabha members, Chennai NRK Development Officer Anu Chacko, and other NORKA representatives.
The NORKA Care scheme provides health insurance coverage of ₹5 lakh and Group Personal Accident insurance of ₹10 lakh for a family with a premium of ₹13,411. NORKA Care also offers cashless treatment through over 16,000 hospitals across the country, including more than 500 hospitals in Kerala.
Enrollment for the scheme is open until October 30. NORKA Care coverage will be available to Non-Resident Keralites starting from November 1, Kerala Piravi Day. Expatriates holding a valid NORKA Pravasi ID, Student ID, or NRK ID card are eligible to enroll in NORKA Care. Special registration camps are also being organised under the leadership of NORKA Roots NRK Development Offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai, and globally by expatriate organisations to promote the scheme.
