Kerala’s Arjun Pradeep Wins Gold in 400m Hurdles, Breaks U-23 Meet Record.

Hanamkonda (Telangana): On the final day of the Indian Open U-23 Athletics competition, which concluded here, Kerala’s Arjun Pradeep broke the meet record in the men’s 400m hurdles event.

Pradeep’s winning time was 50.29 seconds, surpassing the previous meet record of 50.89 seconds, which was set by P. Yashas in 2022.

In the highly contested Decathlon event, Maharashtra’s Kushal Kumar won the gold medal with a score of 6905 points.
