‘Harmony Unveiled: Sree Narayana Guru’s Blueprint for World Peace’ Presented to Arunachal Pradesh Governor.

ITANAGAR: In a significant academic event, Prof. (Dr.) Prakash Divakaran, Vice-Chancellor of Himalayan University, Itanagar, formally presented his newly published book to the Hon’ble Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, Lt. General (Retd.) Kaiwalya Trivikram Parnaik, PVSM, UYSM, YSM (Retd.), at the Raj Bhavan.

The Scholarly Contribution
The book, titled ‘Harmony Unveiled: Sree Narayana Guru’s Blueprint for World Peace and Progress,’ is a scholarly work co-authored by Prof. (Dr.) Prakash Divakaran and Dr. Suresh Kumar Madhusudhanan.

The publication focuses on the philosophy and teachings of the great social reformer and spiritual leader from Kerala, Sree Narayana Guru (1856–1928).

Core Focus: The central theme is how Guru’s profound teachings—such as “One Caste, One Religion, One God for Man”—can serve as a practical blueprint for achieving world peace and global progress today.

Analysis: The study analyzes the relevance of the Guru’s message, including his emphasis on education, equality, and interfaith harmony, in solving modern global challenges.

Multidisciplinary Approach: It offers a multidisciplinary perspective on human values, governance, and education-driven social transformation.

Governor Praises Research Initiatives

The presentation was attended by Mr. Minto Eta, Deputy Director (RUSA), Department of Higher Education, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh; Mr. Vijay Tripathi, Registrar; and Mr. Kido Bagra, Deputy Registrar, Himalayan University.

The Hon’ble Governor highly appreciated the scholarly contribution and encouraged the authors and the university to continue their research and publication initiatives for the advancement of higher education within the state.
