Speaking on Monday, Zohar noted that India’s Republic Day has also become a momentous occasion for Israelis. This coincided with Israel’s announcement regarding the recovery of the remains of Ran Gvili, the last hostage held in Gaza following the October 7, 2023, Hamas attacks.
“Today is a special day for us as well. Our last hostage, Ran Gvili, has come home. This is a moment of immense joy for our entire country, and it aligns with your special day.
