Kin of Missing Kerala Youth in Iran Seek Government Intervention.

KALPETTA: A family in Wayanad is in deep distress after losing contact with their son, who had traveled to Iran for an internship program. Fadush Farhan, a native of Mananthavady, has remained unreachable for the past 24 days. His family stated that he went to Iran as part of a course affiliated with a private shipping firm based in Jaipur.

The six-month internship was extended by an additional three months, and Farhan had previously assured his father that he would return home by May. His last communication was on February 27. Just before reports of regional conflict emerged, he informed his family that he would be sailing toward Turkey. Since then, all attempts to contact him have failed.

The family has now approached Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, Minister O R Kelu, and MP Suresh Gopi, seeking urgent government intervention to trace Farhan and ensure his safe return. (TNIE)
