KARUNAGAPPALLY: A young man was found dead in a private lodge at Vallikkavu in Karunagappally. The deceased has been identified as Vineesh, a resident of Clappana. According to reports, Vineesh had checked into the lodge yesterday. The incident came to light when the lodge authorities grew suspicious and checked the room after receiving no response from him. The Karunagappally police have registered a case of unnatural death and initiated a detailed investigation into the matter. The body has been shifted for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death, and the police are currently recording statements from the lodge staff and relatives.
