The application was released during a meeting of Headmasters and Principals held at Shikshak Sadan to review the arrangements of the Accommodation Committee. The app includes details such as event schedules, accommodation locations for the participating students, location maps, and the phone numbers of the officers in charge. This information will also be made available to all districts and sports groups via WhatsApp and email. The application is expected to be operational and available for download on the Play Store by Sunday.
The Minister also reviewed the preparations made by the Accommodation Committee. He directed that accommodation facilities, including lighting, water, and restrooms, should be arranged responsibly and that safety must be ensured. Schools in the district providing accommodation facilities will be granted ₹5,000 each to meet urgent needs. The Minister also stated that a decision regarding granting holidays to the schools involved in the Meet’s arrangements will be announced later. Following this, a meeting of the Sponsorship Committee was also held, attended by the Organising Committee Chairman and other officials.
