Keerthy Suresh revealed that when she lost 10 kg in nine months through regular and dedicated workouts, many claimed that she achieved it through surgery, which hurt her deeply. “Today, I am proud of how I look. Yet, people keep passing comments about me. If you are fat, they ask you to be slim; if you are slim, they want you to be chubby. Sometimes I wonder how this world works,” Keerthy said.
The actress mentioned that yoga provided her with a great mental state and confidence, teaching her to love her body more. She also noted that going to the gym is never a hurdle, admitting she realized that the initial problem was her inability to approach it in the right manner.
