THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Murari Babu, an accused in the high-profile Sabarimala gold robbery case, has passed away. He breathed his last during the early hours of Saturday while undergoing critical medical treatment for a severe liver-related ailment at a private hospital in Kochi. Murari Babu was a native of Perunna in Changanassery.
Following the completion of necessary medical and official formalities, his mortal remains were handed over to his family members. The funeral services will take place later today at 3:00 PM at his ancestral residence located in Perunna, Changanassery.
