Trump says Iran is negotiating but fears speaking out.

President Donald Trump stated on Wednesday that Iran is currently engaged in negotiations with his administration but is afraid to acknowledge it publicly due to fears of retaliation from both within Tehran and from Washington.

Dismissing media portrayals that the U.S. is losing the conflict, Trump asserted, “We are decimating them. They’ve got no navy. They’ve got no anything.”This claim of military dominance was supported by CENTCOM Commander Admiral Brad Cooper, who reported in a video post on X that the U.S. has successfully struck more than 10,000 military targets in Iran since the campaign began last month.

According to Cooper, the operations have severely degraded Iran’s combat capabilities and infrastructure. While the White House maintains that a 15-point peace plan is on the table, Iranian officials have publicly denied any direct talks, describing the U.S. claims as “negotiating with itself.” (Iranint)
