TEHRAN: Pakistan’s Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi is carrying a special message from Field Marshal General Asim Munir to Iran’s Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei during his visit to Tehran, Iran’s semi-official ISNA news agency reported.
US Central Command (CENTCOM) said American forces in the Middle East shot down two Iranian one-way attack drones earlier on Saturday that it said threatened international maritime traffic in the Strait of Hormuz.
The IRGC said it stopped one tanker trying to leave Hormuz after warning four vessels, while CENTCOM denied Iranian claims of damage to the US Fifth Fleet site in Bahrain.
