OACHIRA: Continuing its streak of community welfare initiatives, the ‘Amma Manassu’ collective organized a food relief drive for mothers in the region. During a special gathering held in Oachira, the collective successfully distributed 5 kg of rice each to 109 deserving mothers. The philanthropic event was formally inaugurated by renowned social worker Mehar khan Chennalloor.
Eminent cultural activist Shajahan Rajadhani delivered the keynote address at the event, emphasizing the importance of supporting underprivileged families. The function was presided over by Amma Manassu Chairperson Maya Udayakumar, who outlined the collective’s commitment to ongoing social welfare projects.

A large number of mothers and well-wishers from across the locality attended the gathering.
