QMD Issues Low Visibility Warning for Qatar This Weekend.
DOHA: The Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) has issued a weather advisory warning of poor horizontal visibility across various parts of the country starting today and continuing through Friday, February 13, 2026.According to the forecast, Friday morning will see misty to foggy conditions in several areas, which may significantly reduce visibility for motorists. Following the early morning fog, temperatures during the day are expected to remain moderate to relatively hot, with scattered clouds. Evening temperatures are likely to turn cold, with the overall weekend temperatures ranging between $19^\circ\text{C}$ and $30^\circ\text{C}$.The Ministry of Interior has urged drivers to exercise extreme caution, reduce speed, and maintain a safe distance between vehicles during low-visibility periods.
