On the auspicious occasion of Dussehra, the makers of the highly anticipated epic film *Ramayana* unveiled a power-packed song sequence featuring Rocking Star Yash performing a intense Shiv Tandav. The one-minute-and-55-second promo captures Yash portraying King Ravana as a formidable and devout follower of Lord Shiva, channelling raw energy and devotion. The high-octane track has been composed jointly by A.R. Ameen and Hiral Viradia, with lyrics penned by acclaimed poet Dr. Kumar Vishwas and dynamic vocals rendered by popular singer Vishal Dadlani. In Hindu mythology, the Tandav represents the cosmic dance of Lord Shiva, symbolizing the eternal cycles of creation, preservation, and destruction. Ravana, widely regarded as one of Shiva’s most ardent devotees, is historically associated with the creation of the *Shiva Tandav Stotram*. The filmmakers noted that the sequence was designed to highlight Ravana’s immense strength, devotion, and complex persona in this modern cinematic retelling. Marking the festive occasion, lead actors Ranbir Kapoor, Yash, and Ravi Dubey, alongside producer Namit Malhotra, attended a grand Dussehra event in Kolkata. During the visit, the team met with West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari, who officially announced a state tax exemption for the film upon its release.
