Followers of Christ should vote for NDA: Amit Shah

Union Home Minister Amit Shah appealed to the followers of Christ to vote for the NDA in the upcoming elections, promising that if the alliance comes to power in Kerala, the construction of AIIMS will begin within two years. He was speaking at an election campaign convention for Twenty20 candidates held in Kunnathunad, where all Twenty20 contestants from Ernakulam district were present.

Amit Shah stated that this election would rewrite the history of Kerala, alleging that corruption has only increased under the alternate rule of the LDF and UDF. He emphasized that for Kerala to move in the right direction, a BJP-led administration under the leadership of Narendra Modi is essential.

The Home Minister further remarked that despite high literacy rates, people from Kerala are forced to migrate to the Gulf and other regions for employment. He pointed out that the NDA’s vote share in the state has grown from 14% in 2014 to 20% in 2024, claiming this is a clear sign that the BJP will govern Kerala in the near future.
