In a official press statement, the national carrier urged all passengers to closely monitor their flight status. The airline noted that automated updates and text messages are being actively sent to the phone numbers registered within booking files to keep travelers informed of all timely updates.
The statement further added that passengers seeking additional details regarding their scheduled flights can reach the customer service center from within Kuwait at 171, or from abroad at (+965) 24345555 ext. 171, as well as via the dedicated WhatsApp helpline service at (+965) 1802050.
