OACHIRA: An urgent appeal for financial assistance has been launched to save the life of Sajeevan (45), a resident of Murikkinal Thekketharayil, Pattathilkadavu, Clappana, who is currently battling a severe liver illness. The doctors treating him at a private hospital in Kochi have asserted that an immediate liver transplant surgery is the only definitive way to save his life. Although his wife has courageously stepped forward and is prepared to donate a portion of her liver, the family is facing a huge financial roadblock. The team has planned an intensive fund collection drive scheduled across the upcoming 4th and 5th of the month to gather public contributions.
