DOHA: Legendary Malayalam playback singer MG Sreekumar and his team have arrived in Qatar for the upcoming ‘Ponnonam feat MG Live’ Onam celebration. The musical extravaganza, presented by Sky Media in association with Sound of South, is scheduled to take place on Friday, September 4, at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC).
The event will be held from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the QNCC Conference Hall. Alongside MG Sreekumar’s performance featuring iconic Malayalam hits, the show will also feature a dance performance by Moksha. Entry is free for children under four years of age, and seating is arranged on a first-come, first-served basis.
Organizers expressed that the event promises to bring the nostalgic spirit of Onam alive for the Indian diaspora and music lovers in Qatar.
