DOHA: The poster for the ‘Southern Connect’ South Kerala Carnival, organized by Pravasi Welfare Qatar, has been officially released. Pravasi Welfare State President R. Chandramohan unveiled the poster.
Aimed at bringing together expatriates from the southern districts of Kerala, the carnival is scheduled to be held on Friday, October 23.
The event will feature a wide range of cultural programmes, service counters offering assistance to expatriates, and health check-up facilities. Additionally, entertainment activities for children and families, food and handicraft stalls, and a public assembly have been arranged as part of the carnival.
Pravasi Welfare State Vice Presidents Ahmed Shafi and Anees Rahman, General Secretary Tahseen Ameen, Secretary Maqbool Ahmed, and members of the organizing committee attended the poster release ceremony.
