Two more government medical colleges in Kerala get approval from NMC

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: (Sep 2) Kerala’s Health Minister, Veena George, announced on Tuesday that two more government medical colleges have received approval from the National Medical Commission (NMC).

The colleges in Wayanad and Kasaragod can now accept 50 MBBS students each, starting this academic year.

According to the minister, the approval was given because both colleges now have the necessary buildings and teaching facilities that meet NMC standards.
