The Plot Unravels
The story follows C.I. Leon, an astute officer in the Police Department. When it becomes clear that manipulations have occurred in the forensic division regarding a case he is handling, Leon asks his junior officer to leak a file. During his journey to meet his subordinate, Leon unexpectedly finds himself trapped in a forest. He witnesses some mysterious events there and coincidentally finds a lemon. This lemon turns out to be the vital clue to another massive case. It leads Leon into an unbelievable and painful story that would otherwise have remained unknown to the world. The presence of the lemon justifies the title ‘Lemon Murder Case’. Director Riyas Ismath has adopted a presentation style designed to keep the audience on the edge of their seats.
