KUWAIT CITY: In an effort to address the grievances and concerns of the Indian expatriate community in Kuwait, the Embassy of India has announced an Open House interaction with the Ambassador. The session aims to provide a platform for community members to discuss issues related to labor, welfare, consular services, and education.
The Open House is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 29 October 2026, at 3:00 PM at the Indian Embassy premises located in the Diplomatic Enclave, Arabian Gulf Street, Safat. As per the diplomatic notification, no prior appointment is required, and members of the community can directly walk in to present their concerns.
The Embassy has explicitly clarified that regular consular services—including passport renewal, document attestation, and the issuance of various certificates—will not be provided during the Open House session. Expatriates requiring routine administrative and consular procedures are advised to follow standard operational channels.
