THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The handover ceremony of ten houses constructed by Lulu Group through ‘Twenty Four Connect’ took place in Thiruvananthapuram. M. A. Yusuff Ali, Chairman and Managing Director of Lulu Group International, handed over the keys. Twenty Four Chief Editor R. Sreekandan Nair presided over the function. The helping hand reaches ten homeless families. The key handover ceremony was held at Hyatt Regency, Thiruvananthapuram. M. A. Yusuff Ali also announced an Onam gift of ₹2 lakh each for the ten families at the event. He further announced that Lulu Group, in association with Twenty Four Connect, will construct 25 more houses. R. Sreekandan Nair responded that M. A. Yusuff Ali is a role model of compassion. Out of the ten houses, nine were built by Asset Homes and one by Global Ventures in Sulthan Bathery.
Lulu Group joined hands with Twenty Four Connect’s initiative to provide homes for the homeless and those living in dilapidated houses. The handover of keys for four houses built by Lulu Group was conducted earlier. The ten houses have been constructed across Alappuzha, Idukki, Thiruvananthapuram, Pathanamthitta, Thrissur, Ernakulam, and Wayanad districts.
