Cyber Police Register Case Against TG Mohandas Over Derogatory Remarks.

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Thiruvananthapuram City Cyber Police have registered a case against right-wing commentator T.G. Mohandas for allegedly making sexually explicit and derogatory remarks on social media. The action was taken based on a formal complaint lodged by AIYF leader Jismon.

Earlier, the delay in taking action against Mohandas had sparked a political controversy. Several prominent figures, including Deputy Speaker Shanimol Osman, had publicly expressed their dissatisfaction over the police’s inertia in registering a case. Following mounting public pressure and criticism, the Cyber Police officially initiated legal proceedings.
