THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Minister for General Education N. Shamsudheen announced at a press conference that 23 teachers have been selected for the State Government’s Teacher Awards.
In the Lower Primary (LP) section, Abdul Azeez A. (Headmaster, Chengara GLPS), M.G. Geethamma (Headmistress, Kadammanitta MTLPS), Joshi D. Kolannur (Headmaster, Anthikad KGMLPS), Susan Kuruvila (Headmistress, Keezhvaipur CMSLPS), and Kannan S. (Headmaster, Prakkulam Govt. LPS) bagged the awards for best teachers.
In the Upper Primary (UP) section, Janil John (PD Teacher, Thalore St. Teresitas UPS), Abdul Ali M.C. (Trippanachi AUPS), Johnson V.J. (Alathur Puthiyankam GUPS), Siddique Hassan (Nilambur Govt. Model UPS), and James V. (Kozhikode Little Flower UPS) were selected. In the High School section, Sunil Kumar K.P. (Irikkur GHSS), Ali Akbar V.P. (Edavana IOHSS), Vinod Kumar K. (Mambaram HSS), Sirajudheen P.T. (Mangad GHSS), and Rajesh M. (Kalladi High School) bagged the honors.
In the Higher Secondary section, the awardees are Dr. Bindu P. Subhash (Moorkanad SSHSS), Bhaskaran P. (Karimba GHSS), Babu Mathew (Principal, Mallappally CMSHSS), Dr. Sreeja K. (Kunduparamba GHSS), and Sunil Kumar K. (Kulathupuzha GHSS).
In the Vocational Higher Secondary (VHSE) section, Jinesh A. (Chelari GVHSS), Sameer Siddiqui P. (Kanhangad GVHSS), and Satheesh T.V. (Ollur VSMMGVHSS) won the awards.
